David F. King



     David F. King, 81, of 1902 Pioneer Road, Lancaster, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at home. He was the husband of Rachel King Stoltzfus King and the late Sadie Stoltzfus King who died in 1999.  Born in Leacock Twp., he was the son of the late Ephraim and Sarah Fisher King.  A self-employed farmer and carpenter, Mr. King was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. 

     Also surviving are: children, Eli S. married to Nancy Esh King, Lancaster, Samuel S. married to Susie Esh King, with whom he resided, Sarah married to Levi K. Stoltzfus, Quarryville; step-children, Jacob K. Stoltzfus, Fannie K. married to Amos M. Fisher, both Strasburg, Mary K. married to Levi R. Fisher, Ronks; 22 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; 25 step-grandchildren; 58 step-great-grandchildren; step-daughter-in-law, Katie Fisher Stoltzfus, Strasburg; sister, Rebecca Beiler, Lancaster; brother, Samuel F. married to Fannie King, Paradise.  He was preceded in death by: two grandchildren; a step-daughter-in-law, Annie Fisher Stoltzfus; step-son, Daniel K. Stoltzfus; sisters, Lizzie Esh, Emma Fisher and Annie King. 

     The funeral will be 9 a.m. EST on Friday, Apr. 10, 2015 at the late home.  Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.  Interment: Beiler's Cemetery, Ronks.  Kindly omit flowers.
