Amos Z. Zook, 91, of 5807 Limeville Rd., Gap, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at home.  Born in Gap, he was a son of the late Jacob K. and Anna D. Zook Zook.  He was the husband of the late Emma S. Allgyer Zook. Mr. Zook was a carpenter and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

     Surviving are:  eleven children, Abner A. married to Sarah Ellen Fisher Zook, John A. married to Sadie Fisher Zook, both of Gap, Amos A. married to Rebecca Beiler Zook, Honey Brook, Anna D. married to Moses F. Stoltzfus, Mary E. married to Amos Beiler, both of Kinzers, Reuben A. married to Anna Zook Zook, Lizzie A. married to Eli Blank, both of Gap, Leon J. married to Emma Kauffman Zook, Dornsife, Emma A. married to Lloyd J. Stoltzfus, Verna married to John Lapp, both of Gap, Rebecca A. Zook, at home; 69 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Christian K. married to Katie Stoltzfus Zook, Jonas Z. married to Elsie Stoltzfus Zook.

     He was preceded in death by: one grandchild; three great-grandchildren; five brothers, Joel, Simeon, Jacob, John, Gideon; two sisters, Fannie Beiler, Sarah Streicher.
