Elam J. Stoltzfus, 87, of 3436 Old Philadelphia Pike, Ronks, entered into rest Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the home of his son. Born in Leola, he was the son of the late Samuel F. and Leah Lapp Stoltzfus. He was the husband of the late Hannah Fisher Stoltzfus, who died in 2016. They were married for 64 years. Elam was a self-employed carpenter and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: three children, Levi J. married to Anna King Stoltzfus, Lorraine married to Isaac Kauffman, both of Ronks, Samuel married to Gail Miller Stoltzfus, Loveland, CO; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Emanuel married to Joanne Stoltzfus, Mervin married to Becky Stoltzfus; a sister, Mary married to Jonathan Esh; two sisters-in-law, Mary Stoltzfus and Jackie Taylor.
Preceding him in death were: three sisters, Lovina, Edna and Rachel; two brothers, Daniel and Henry; four brothers-in-law, John King, Jacob King, Samuel Stoltzfus and David Beiler.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 9:00 AM from the Levi Fisher home, 3321 Old Philadelphia Pike, Ronks with interment in Beiler's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Levi J. Stoltzfus home, 3408 Old Philadelphia Pike, Ronks from the time of this notice until the service. Kindly omit flowers.
