Paul Warren Mennig, Jr., 66, left this world on Saturday, June 28, 2025 to be united with Jesus after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Born in Scranton, Paul is survived by: his mother, Beverly Mennig, sisters, Sharon married to Barry Wallace, Deborah married to David Gruel, Diane partner of Greg Spath; a brother, Eric married to Karen Mennig. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who all loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul W. Mennig, and his precious dogs, Brandy and Booger.
Paul lived his life on his own terms, a master mechanic, a lover of hobby cars, but most of all, his love for the Lord. Anyone who knew Paul, knew his grumpy exterior, but also his unbeatable humor. He loved watching NASCAR racing and derby cars, and loved playing his farming games on his computer. He loved roller coasters, and to tinker with anything mechanical.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Those were his wishes.
