Janet Myer, 93, of Gordonville, passed away at home on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Born in Rohrerstown, she was one of 13 children to the late John and Alta (Rohrer) Bear. She was married to the late Robert Myer for 63 years at the time of his passing in 2012. She is survived by: children, Glenn husband of Aggie (Castle) of Paradise, Donna wife of Lloyd Esh of Gordonville, Judy wife of the late Jim Martin of Gordonville, Brian husband of Sherri (Landis) of Morris, Pa. She was preceded in death by; grandsons, Jay and Justin Myer; a great-granddaughter and eleven siblings.
Janet was a homemaker who took great joy in decorating her home and loved planting flowers in the spring to make the outside of her home as lovely as the inside. She was also an avid reader. She was a member of Calvary Monument Church.
Services will be private and the interment will be at the convenience of the family.
