Gideon S. Beiler, 83, of 1815 Georgetown Road, Christiana, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at his residence. Born in Leola, he was the son of the late Christ and Anna Stoltzfus Beiler. He was the husband of Mary K. Stoltzfus Beiler. Gideon was a woodworker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Besides his wife, he is survived by: children, Katie wife of the late Stephen Beiler, Christ husband of Katie Beiler, both of Rockville, Indiana, Anna wife of Stephen Beiler of Christiana, Reuben husband of Sadie Beiler of Oxford, Susie wife of Sam Detweiler of Loganton, Elam husband of Amanda Beiler of Kentucky, Jesse Beiler at home; 39 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; brother, Benuel husband of Mary Beiler of Wakefield; sister, Annie Beiler of New Danville; sisters-in-law, Naomi Beiler and Mary Beiler, both of Centre County.
He was preceded in death by: brothers, Elam and Christ Beiler; sisters, Naomi Stoltzfoos, Lydia Beiler, and Sally Stoltzfus.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 9:00 am EST at the Daniel Stoltzfus residence, 1842 Georgetown Road, Christiana, PA. Friends may call from the time of this notice till the service at the late home. Interment will be in Bartville Cemetery.
