Elizabeth K. Zook, 77, of 150 Amsterdam Rd., New Holland, entered into rest on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026 at home of natural causes. Born in Gordonville, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Rebecca Lapp Esh. She was the wife of the late David S. Zook Jr. who died in Dec. 2024. Mrs. Zook was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She is survived by: five children, Henry married to Sarah Fisher Zook, Rebecca married to Ephraim Riehl, David married to Emma Fisher Zook, all of Fort Plain, NY, Levi married to Barbie Lapp Zook, Abner married to Sarah King Zook, both New Holland; daughter-in-law, Sadie Stoltzfus Zook, Fort Plain, NY; 40 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; brothers, Daniel (Lavina) Esh, David (Rachel) Esh, both Gordonville; sisters-in-law, Annie Esh, Lititz, Fannie Esh, Romulus, NY, Lizzie Esh, Paradise; brother-in-law, John Beiler, Allenwood.
She was preceded in death by: a son, Daniel Zook; a grandson, Daniel Riehl; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Amos, Henry and Mose Esh; sisters, Annie Beiler, Arie Beiler, Becky Beiler.
Funeral Services: 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026 from the late home with viewing there till the service. Interment: Stoltzfus Cemetery, New Holland.
