Anna Margaret Bare, 84, of Trillium Place formerly of Brownstown, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2026. Born in Bird-in-Hand, she was the daughter of the late Edwin K. and Erla Hess Bare. Growing up on a farm, Anna was a homemaker. She enjoyed embroidery, hooked rug crafts, other crafts, word searches and playing Uno. She was a member of the Stumptown Mennonite Church.
She is survived by: her sister, Lois married to Eugene Hollinger, Lititz; a sister-in-law, Nancy Bare, Lancaster; nieces and nephews. A brother, R. Eugene Bare and a sister, Phyllis Zimmerman preceded her in death.
The family would like to thank the staff of Lititz Run at Trillium for their exceptional care for Anna.
The Memorial Service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2026 at the Chapel at Trillium Place. Interment to follow in Stumptown Mennonite Cemetery.
