Abner S. Zook, 93, of 288 Zook’s Lane, Leola passed away Friday, August 2, 2013. Born in Upper Leacock Twp., he was the son of the late John and Malinda Stoltzfus Zook. He was the husband of the late Malinda Glick Zook who died in 1998. Abner was a farmer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Surviving are: five children, John Zook, Sarah Zook, Amos husband of Naomi Beiler Zook, Chester husband of Marian Glick Zook, all of Leola, Fannie wife of Levi Beiler of Narvon; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Stoltzfus of Gordonville. He was preceded in death by: a son, Aaron Zook; two brothers, Aaron and Henry Zook; and two sisters, Barbara and Rachel Zook. Funeral services will be held from the Amos Zook residence 284 Zook’s Lane, Leola, on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 9 AM EST with interment following in the Upper Millcreek Cemetery.
