Andrew B. Fisher, 86, of New Holland, formerly of Narvon, went to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, June 22, 2017 following injuries sustained in an auto accident. Born in Ronks, he was the son of the late Amos S. and Fannie D. Beiler Fisher. He was the loving husband of Ruth B. O'Donnell Fisher for 61 years.
Andrew worked in maintenance at Graco Children's Products, Elverson. Earlier, he worked as a carpenter and also as a baker at A & R Fisher Bakery. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. A member of Twin Valley Bible Chapel, Narvon, he also enjoyed archery, hunting, and projects at home.
In addition to his wife, he will be lovingly missed by: four children, Terry husband of Susan Fisher, Elverson, Andrew Jr., husband of Linda Fisher, East Earl, Kathryn wife of Gary Matthias, Waterloo, IA, David Fisher, Lancaster; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Isaac husband of Amanda Fisher, East Earl, Ruth wife of Abner King, Rebersburg.
He was preceded in death by: a daughter, Evelyn Fisher; brothers, Jonathan, Jake, and Amos; sisters, Annie, Mary, and Katie.
Funeral services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017 from the Twin Valley Bible Chapel, 105 Shirktown Rd., & Rt. 23, Narvon. Interment: Conestoga Memorial Park.
