Anna K. Stoltzfus, 87, of Honey Brook, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was under the care of Compassionate Care Hospice. A wife of the late Gideon S. Stoltzfus, she was also the daughter of the late John F. and Mary B. Stoltzfus. Anna was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, designing quilts and family gatherings. She was a faithful member of the Pequea Amish Mennonite Church where she was a charter member. She is survived by: seven children, Mary Beth married to Mark Thompson, Honey Brook, Ben B. married to Lois (Martin), Honey Brook, Hannah married to Amos Fisher, Ephrata, Leon married to Carolyn (Nissley), New Holland, Becky married to Freeman Yoder, Millington, MD, Mark married to Melody (Stoltzfus) Honey Brook, and Jay married to Bonnie (Yoder), Prospect, VA; 33 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are: five brothers, Henry U., Jacob K., John U., Aaron K. married to Susie, and David K. married to Priscilla; five sisters, Mary married to Sam Ebersol, Lydia, Malinda married to Jonas Stoltzfus, Priscilla married to Christ Stoltzfus, and Sarah married to Eli King. She was preceded in death by a sister, Katie, and brothers, Amos M. and Ben F. Funeral services will be held from Pequea Amish Mennonite Church, 115 Blank Rd., Narvon, PA on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 10 AM with interment following in the adjoining cemetery.
