Anna M. Miller, 86, of Garden Spot Village, New Holland, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015. Born in Leacock Twp., she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Elizabeth Kunkle Miller.
Anna worked as a designer for many years at Singing Needles. After her retirement, Anna owned and operated Terry Town, in Stevens. She was known for her excellent needlework, and was a member of Intercourse United Methodist Church.
She is survived by: one brother, Leonard husband of Audrey Harnish Miller of Bird-In-Hand; three sisters, Betty M. wife of the late Charles Wenger of Ronks, Elsie “Kitty" wife of the late Donald Smoker, Phyllis wife of the late Donat Ringuette, both of Lancaster; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held from the Intercourse United Methodist Church, 39 Queen Rd. Gordonville, on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 11 AM with interment in the adjoining cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 AM at the church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Water Street Rescue Ministries 210 S. Prince St. Lancaster, PA 17603.
