Benjamin Esh Jr., 87, of 704 Millcreek School Rd., Bird-in-Hand, passed away at home on July 11, 2013. Born in Ronks, he was the son of the late Ben Esh Sr., and Malinda Petersheim Esh. He was the husband of Susie Mae Fisher Esh and the late Barbara Stoltzfus Esh.
Mr. Esh was a farmer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Also surviving are: step-children, Daniel E. ~ Anna Lantz King, Lancaster, Amos H. ~ Mary Stoltzfus King, Leola, Linda M. ~ John R. Zook, New Holland, Marian F. ~ Christ B. Riehl Jr., Ronks; 29 step-grandchildren; 15 step-greatgrandchildren; a brother, Henry P. Esh, Ronks; a sister, Malinda King, Ephrata. He was preceded in death by: a step-grandson, Daniel K. Zook; brothers, John, Eli and Christian Esh; sisters, Sarah King and Lizzie Kauffman.
The funeral will be 9 a.m. EST Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the late home. Interment: Myer’s Cemetery, Leola. Viewing: at the late home from the time of this notice till the service. Kindly omit flowers.
