Benjamin S. Allgyer, 93, of 6222 Plank Rd., Narvon, died Saturday, December 14, 2024 at his residence. Born in Bird-in-hand, he was the son of the late John G. and Elizabeth Stoltzfoos Allgyer. He was the widower of Annie Stoltzfus Allgyer who died in 2015. Ben was a retired farmer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Benjamin is survived by: children, Samuel married to Hannah Ebersol Allgyer of Howard PA, John married to Anna Ebersol Allgyer and the late Lydia Beiler Allgyer of Darlington, WI, Linda S. married to Samuel Beiler of Gap, Benuel married to Sylvia Stoltzfus Allgyer of Narvon; 35 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Reuben Allgyer of Parkesburg; son-in-law, John R. married to Sadie Mae Stoltzfoos. He was preceded in death by daughter, Rebecca Stoltzfoos; son, Raymond S. Allgyer; two grandchildren; siblings, Emma Zook, Katie Fisher, Henry, Rebecca, John and Stephen Allgyer; sister-in-law, Sadie Allgyer.
The funeral will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 1:00 pm at 6218 Plank Rd., Narvon, PA. Friends may call from time of this notice till the service at 6218 Plank Rd. Interment will be in Millwood Cemetery.
