Benuel L. Smucker, 60, son of the late Elmer S. and Fannie B., went home to be with the Lord and his loved ones on September 2, 2026, in his home town at Sunny Crest Home.
Ben’s siblings are David (Ruth), Christian (Naomi), Sara (Late John) Esh, Sam, Late Jake (Barb), Elmer (Katie), Rachel (Samuel) Smucker, Steve (Barb), Amos (Velma), Fern (Sam) Beiler (and Late John Miller).
Ben loved his family and friends, and enjoyed music. He had a great attitude and rarely complained. He had some good simple “one-liners” that made everyone smile, and his short chuckles were sweet. His peers and caregivers loved him, and he will be missed by many. Ben’s limits are now gone as he is in heaven with Jesus.
