Daniel E. Fisher, 85, of Blue Ball was stricken ill and died Thursday, January 11, 2024 at The Gardens at Stevens, 400 Lancaster Avenue, Stevens. Born in Ronks, he was the son of the late Amos M. Fisher and the late Rebecca F. Esh. He was married November 17, 1960 to Malinda L. Esh and was a member of Grace Family Church, New Holland.
Surviving in addition to his wife are children, Jacob L. Fisher, Germantown; Lillian E. Fisher, New York; John E. Fisher, Gothenburg, Sweden; and David M. Fisher of Willow Street, husband of Dorothy Joann Frey; grandsons, Jonas D. Fisher and Marlon J. Fisher, Gothenburg; and Julian Blue Frey Fisher, Willow Street; and siblings, Amos M. Fisher, Loysville, and Malinda E. Stoltzfus King, Gordonville.
Daniel was predeceased by his daughter Mary E.; and siblings David E., Christian L., Jonas E., Elam E., Aaron E., Moses E. and Arie E. Stoltzfus.
A service will be held at Grace Family Church, 415 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland on Thursday, January 18th; Viewing: 10:00 AM, Service: 11:00 AM, Lunch: 12:00 PM. Following the meal, Daniel will be buried at 2:30 pm at Beiler’s Cemetery, Lynwood Road, Ronks.
