Daniel Z. Zook, 90, of 423 Gridley Rd., Lancaster passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at home. He was the husband of the late Lizzie L. Miller Zook who died in 2020. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Jonathan and Katie Zook Zook. A member of the Old Order Amish Church, he was the owner of Zook’s Green House, Lancaster and was a retired dairy farmer.
Surviving are: a sister, Katie married to Amos Lapp, Strasburg; four brothers-in-law, Lloyd (Susie) Miller, John (Malinda) Miller, both of Lancaster, Emanuel (Fannie) Miller, Jacob (the late Kate) Miller, both of Bird-in-Hand; a sister-in-law, Emma (the late David) Lantz, Gordonville.
He was preceded in death by: siblings, Rebecca Swarey, Lydia King, Annie Stoltzfus, Lizzie Fisher, David, Isaac and John Zook.
Funeral Services: Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Noon EST from the late home with viewing there till the service. Interment: Beiler’s Cemetery, Ronks.
