Elam G. Esch, 81, of 3470-A W. Newport Rd., Ronks, entered into rest, Thursday, June 5, 2025 at his home. Born in Ronks, he was the son of the late Samuel and Sylvia Glick Esch. He was the husband of Anna King Esch. They were married for 55 years. Elam was a retired woodworker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Besides his wife, he is survived by: children, David K. married to Rebecca Stoltzfus Esch, Mary K. married to Ephraim Stoltzfus, Jr., both of Narvon, Mervin K. married to Rachel Smucker Esch, Gap, Samuel K. married to Sadie Lapp Esch, John K. married to Anne Stoltzfus Esch, both of Ronks, Katie K. married to Elam Kauffman, Jr., Canajoharie, NY, Daniel K. married to Verna Lapp Esch, Lititz; 44 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Naomi wife of the late Elam Stoltzfus, Gordonville; sisters-in-law, Katie Esch, Dornsife, Sylvia Esch, Millersburg. He was preceded in death by: brothers, Ephraim, Jacob, and David Esch; sisters, Mary Beiler, Rachel Beiler, and Katie Stoltzfus.
Funeral services will be held from the late home on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 9 am EST with interment following in Myer’s Cemetery. The viewing will be at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
