Elam G. Stoltzfoos, 54, of 484 Amish Road, Gap, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Brandywine Hospital. Born in Gap, he was the son of Barbara Glick Stoltzfoos of Gap and the late Moses E. Stoltzfoos. He was the husband of Anna Mary Glick Stoltzfus. They were married on Nov. 27, 1990.
A produce farmer, Mr. Stoltzfoos was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by: children, Sarah Kathryn, Martha Grace, Sol Matthew, Paul Allan, all at home; brothers, Wilmer married to Sara Stoltzfoos, Lykens, John married to Rebecca Stoltzfoos, Gap, Kenny married to Martha Stoltzfoos, Rebersburg; a sister, Katie Mae wife of Ben Beiler, Millerstown; a sister-in-law, Rachel Stoltzfoos, Ickesburg. A stillborn daughter, Mary Ellen Stoltzfoos and a brother Aaron Stoltzfoos preceded him in death.
The funeral will be 9 a.m. EST, Thursday, Aug. 21, 2014 at the late home. Interment: Millwood Cemetery. Viewing: at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
