Eli S. Ebersol, 85, of 378-A Bunker Hill Rd., Strasburg, entered into rest on Monday, April 22, 2024. Born in Bird-in-Hand, he was the son of the late John and Sarah Stoltzfus Ebersol. He was the husband of Lydia K. Miller Ebersol and shared 63 year of marriage last November. A retired farmer and harness maker, Eli was a Minister in the Old Order Amish Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: 7 children, John M. married to Elizabeth Esh Ebersol, Sadie married to Benuel Fisher, Leah wife of Ben King and the late Levi Zook, all of Strasburg, Barbara married to Levi J. Blank, Paradise, Rachel married to Isaac P. Stoltzfus, Leola, Jonas M. married to Becky Stoltzfus Ebersol, Strasburg, Melvin M. married to Ruth Lapp Ebersol, Gordonville; 54 grandchildren; 74 great-grandchildren; brother, Benjamin married to Salome Ebersol, Bird-in-Hand. He was preceded in death by: a son, Emanuel Ebersol; a daughter, Naomi Ebersol; 2 grandchildren, Daniel Zook, Anna Mae Ebersol; brothers, Jonas and Aaron Ebersol; sisters, Ada King, Rachel Ebersol.
Funeral services will be from the late home on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 9 am EST with interment following in Bunker Hill Cemetery. The viewing will be at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
