Eli S. Esh, 81, of 853A Strasburg Rd., Paradise, entered into rest on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Fairmount Homes. Born in Gordonville, he was the son of the late Samuel A. and Mary Smucker Esh. He was the husband of Anna Ruth Petersheim Esh. They were married 54 years last December. Mr. Esh was a retired owner of E&E Masonry, Paradise. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Also surviving: children, Linda Mae married to Jonathan Jay Stoltzfus, Strasburg, Samuel Jay married to Mary Ann Fisher Esh, Loysville, Mary Ellen married to LeRoy Mark Beiler, Strasburg, Lena Rose married to Jonas Ray Beiler, Strasburg, Daniel Ray married to Katie Mae King Esh, Gordonville, Eli Jr. married to Katie Mae Stoltzfus Esh, Coatesville, Amos Lee married to Lydia Stoltzfus Esh, Nottingham; 37 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; siblings, Sadie (the late Amos) King, Amanda (the late Jonas) Stoltzfus, Sam (Linda) Esh, Emanuel (Rachel) Esh, Abner (Lavina) Esh) Lydia Ann (Amos) Fisher, Mary Ann (Aaron) Beiler; sister-in-law, Mamie (the late Stephen) Esh. He was preceded in death by: a great-grandson, Jayson Esh; brothers, Amos and Stephen Esh.
Funeral Services: 10 a.m. EDT, Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025 from the home of Daniel and Linda Fisher, 853 Strasburg Rd., Paradise with viewing there till the time of service. Interment: Gordonville Cemetery.
