Elmer B. King, 79, of 3871 Old Philadelphia Pike, Gordonville, entered into rest on Thursday. Feb. 5, 2026. Born in Gordonville, he was the son of the late Tobias S. and Miriam Beiler King. Elmer was the husband of Lena S. King Esh King. A carpenter, he was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Also surviving: seven step-children, John David married to Sadie Lynn Esh, Gordonville, Linda Jane married to Steve Fisher, Newburg, Naomi married to Levi Fisher, Christiana, Amanda married to Steve Smucker, East Earl, Aaron Esh Jr. married to Mary Esh, New Holland, Samuel married to Martha Esh, Millerstown, Mervin married to Linda Esh, Tryon, NC; 40 step-grandchildren; 39 step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Lydia Ann married to Amos Fisher, Josiah King, both Landisburg, Sara married to Levi King, Quarryville, Marie married to Abram Miller, Narvon; brother-in-law, Omar Stoltzfus, Blain. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Catherine “Katie” King and Barbara Stoltzfus.
Funeral Services: 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026 from the late home with viewing there till the service. Interment: Dry Hill Cemetery, Gordonville.
