Elmer B. Lapp, infant son of Samuel F. and Barbara Beiler Lapp died shortly after birth at Women & Babies Hospital on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Besides his parents, he is survived by: siblings, Lavina and John Ivan Lapp at home; maternal grandparents, Daniel and Annie Beiler of Kirkwood; paternal grandparents, Gideon and Mary Lapp of Leola; paternal great-grandparents, Samuel and Sarah Lapp and Annie Fisher. He was preceded in death by brothers, Steven and Michael Lapp.
The funeral was held on Friday, June 3, 2016 and burial was in Upper Millcreek Cemetery.
