     Emily A. Andrew, 92, of 315 N. Prince St., Lancaster, passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 12, 2013, at Conestoga View. Born in Parkesburg, she was the daughter of the late Clarence T. and Mary Knott Armer. She was the wife of the late Herbert S. Andrew who died in 1988. She was a homemaker and a member of the former St Andrew United Church of Christ. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family.

    She is survived by a brother Clarence T. Armer Jr. of Ephrata, sister-in-law, Helen Armer of Christiana, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: a son, Herbert D. Andrew, a brother, William F. Armer and a sister, Evelyn M. Kachel.

    A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Conestoga Memorial Park, 95 Second Lock Rd., Lancaster, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Susquehanna Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, 244 S. Queen St., Lancaster, PA 17603.
