Emma E. King, 89, of 186 Dry Wells Rd., Quarryville, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at home after a brief illness. Born in Ronks, she was the daughter of the late Amos U. and Anna M. Esch Glick. She was the wife of the late Jacob Z. King who passed on in 2007. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
She is survived by: sons, Benjamin husband of Barbara Miller King, Ephraim King both of Quarryville; daughters, Sylvia wife of Christ R. Zook of Quarryville, Anna wife of John E. Fisher of Gordonville, Lydia wife of Paul L. Stoltzfus of Drumore; 29 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; brothers, Elmer Glick of Fairmount Homes, Levi husband of Susie Speicher Glick of Elliottsburg, David husband of Priscilla Glick, Lancaster, Sam of Tennessee; two sisters-in-law, Emma Glick, Gordonville, Mary Glick, Lancaster. She was preceded in death by a son, Amos U. King and two brothers, Jacob and Amos; and four grandchildren.
The funeral will be Monday, Aug. 11, 2014 at 12 Noon EST from the late home. Viewing: at the late home from the time of this notice till the service. Interment: Bart Cemetery, Georgetown.
