Ephraim S. Esh, 94, of 25 Spring Rd., Leola, passed away, Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at his home. Born in Leola, he was the son of the late Aaron and Katie Fisher Esh. He was the husband of the late Sarah Stoltzfus Esh who died in 2002. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: five children, Mary Stoltzfus, David husband of Fannie Stoltzfus Esh, both of Leola, Aaron husband of Lizzie Stoltzfus Esh, Samuel husband of Elizabeth Fisher Esh, both of Quarryville, Katie wife of Amos King, Christiana; 44 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: a son-in-law, Stephen P. Stoltzfus; a grandson; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Rebecca Riehl, Lizzie Beiler; a brother, Christian Esh.
Funeral services will be from the late home on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 9 am EST with interment following in Myer's Cemetery. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice till the service. Kindly omit flowers.
