Eric A. Kinsey, 62, of Leola, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, July 6, 2026. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Jack C. Kinsey Sr. and Bernice M. Swistock Kinsey. He was the loving husband of Mary Ann Cunningham Kinsey. They were married 28 years this past Feb. 14th.
Mr. Kinsey was a master plumber working for Jack C. Kinsey Plumbing & Heating; later worked for Haller Enterprises for 25 years; and lastly for his sons’ company, E K Plumbing, Leola.
He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Lancaster. He was an avid turkey hunter; loved spending time with family and at the cabin; a Steelers and Penguins fan; a race fan during the Dale Earnhardt era; and enjoyed watching his granddaughters playing in their travel softball leagues.
In addition to his wife, he will be lovingly missed by: four children, Brandy Campbell, Leola, David married to Brooke Ream, Ryan married to Jennifer Kinsey, both York, Erin Kinsey, Leola; 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren with another on the way; siblings, Jack Jr. married to Mary Ann Kinsey, Wernersville, Mark Kinsey, Leola, Jason married to Sue Kinsey, Ephrata.
The funeral will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 10th, 2026 at the Furman Home for Funerals, 59 W. Main St., Leola, PA 17540 with viewing there from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Friday. Interment: Saturday, 1 p.m. in the Baughman Family Cemetery, Grange Ave., Houtzdale, PA (Clearfield County).
