G. Kenneth Fisher, 94, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018. Born in Smoketown, he was the son of the late G.K. Fisher and Mary Chambers Fisher. His wife, R. Mildred Shirk Fisher died in 2016.
Mr. Fisher was the owner and operator of Fisher's Millwork in East Petersburg. A member of the Grace Baptist Church, he loved trains and model trains.
He is survived by: two daughters, Cynthia married to David Landis, Conestoga, Debra married to Kenneth G. Auman, Lexington, NC; five granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Rachel Fisher, Landis Homes, Esther married to Orlin Leichty, Washington, Iowa. A son, Kenny; and siblings, Mabel I. Fisher and John L. Fisher preceded him in death.
The Memorial Service will be Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018 at 2 p.m. from the Grace Baptist Church, 1899 Marietta Ave., Lancaster, PA. The family will greet friends after the service. Private interment: Weaverland Mennonite Cemetery.
