Gideon F. Lapp, 69, of 135 Iva Road, Ronks, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017 at his home. Born in Ronks, he was the son of Gideon B. and Elizabeth Fisher Lapp. He was a farm hand and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: four brothers, John L. Lapp, at home, Amos S. husband of Katie Zook Lapp, Strasburg, Ben F. husband of Mary Ruppert Lapp, Lancaster, Daniel F. husband of Sara Stoltzfus Lapp, Ronks; three sisters, Elizabeth Fisher, Kinzers, Anna wife of Paul Stoltzfoos, Leola, Sarah wife of John Petersheim, Christiana. He was preceded in death by a brother, Emanuel, and two sisters, Susie and Lydia.
Funeral: Monday, January 9, 2017 at 9 a.m. from the Daniel Lapp Residence 146 Iva Rd., Ronks. Viewing: late home from the time of this notice till the service. Interment: Gordonville Cemetery.
