Jacob E. Smucker, 95, of 134A Black Horse Rd., Paradise, entered into rest Sunday, November 1, 2026 at home. Born in Gordonville, he was the son of the late David Y. Smucker and the late Annie Esh Smucker married to the late Elam Stoltzfoos. He was the husband of the late Malinda K. Stoltzfus Smucker who died in 2016 and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He is survived by: children, Barbara married to Benuel Beiler, Paradise, with whom he resided, David Y. married to Esther (Huyard) Smucker, New Holland, Fannie married to Isaac King, Montgomery, PA, Levi S. married to Emma (Esh) Smucker, Christiana, Jacob E. married to Sara (Riehl) Smucker, Lititz, Annie married to Joseph King, Paradise, Daniel S. married to Anna (Beiler) Smucker, Quarryville, Elam S. married to Rebecca (Esh) Smucker, Lititz, Amos S. married to Emma (Blank) Smucker and the late Marian (Stoltzfus) Smucker, Leola, John S. married to Anna (Stoltzfus) Smucker, Eli S. married to Lydia (Stoltzfus) Smucker, both of Christiana; 79 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a few great-great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Mary, wife of the late Daniel Smucker.
He was preceded in death by: five grandchildren; brothers, Daniel and David Smucker; sisters, Susie wife of the late Joseph Glick, Sadie wife of the late Henry Fisher, Arie wife of the late Benuel Fisher, Lizzie wife of the late Levi Fisher.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 9 AM at the Benuel Beiler residence, 134A Black Horse Rd., Paradise with viewing there till the time of the service. Interment in Upper Millcreek Cemetery.
