Jean E. Baumiller, 91, of Mennonite Home, Lancaster, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Edna Stewart Thomson. She was the wife of the late William T. Baumiller who died in 2011.
Jean retired from the former Playskool Toys. She was a member of the Leola United Methodist Church.
Surviving are: two sons, John Baumiller, Akron, Jim husband of Tammy Baumiller, Leola; a daughter, Sharon wife of Steven Price, Lancaster; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a brother, Harold husband of Betty Thomson, California; two sisters, Donna Cook and Shirley Frobe, both of Pittsburgh. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Joni Patterson.
Funeral services will be held from the Orville Chapel at the Mennonite Home, 1520 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, on Tuesday, January 30th at 11 am. Friends may call from 10 to 11 am at the chapel on Tuesday. Private interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park.
