John B. Fisher, 67, of 4394 White Oak Rd., Paradise, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at home. Born in Kinzers, he was the son of the late Elam S. and Florence G. Byler Fisher. He was the husband of Sadie S. King Fisher. They were married for 46 years. Mr. Fisher was the owner/operator of the Nickel Mine Paint Store and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Also surviving are: two sons, LeRoy married to Emma King Fisher, Gap, Lester Fisher, at home; five daughters, Ruth Ann married to Reuben King, Lancaster, Edna married to Elam Glick, Paradise, Elizabeth married to Ivan Stoltzfus, Miriam married to Wilmer Lapp, both of Gordonville, Amanda married to Jesse Smucker, Lancaster; 27 grandchildren; five brothers, Joseph married to Mary Fisher, Newburg; William married to Anna Fisher, Sacramento, Gideon married to Barbara Fisher, Newburg, Leroy married to Elizabeth Fisher, Quarryville, Sylvan married to Dorothy Fisher, KS; two sisters-in-law, Katie and Mary Fisher, both of Newburg. He was preceded in death by: two brothers, Samuel and Elam; one sister, Malinda.
Funeral services: 9 AM EST Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Elam Glick residence, 4542 White Oak Rd., Paradise. Interment: Bart Cemetery. Viewing: at the late home until the service. Kindly omit flowers.
