John R. Ebersol, 71, of 5270 Peters Road, Kinzers, died on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at his residence. Born in Bird-in-Hand, he was the son of the late Jonas S. and Fannie Riehl Ebersol. He was the husband of Sadie Beiler Ebersol. He worked for Colonial Road Woodworks and was a member of 3:16 Restoration Church.
Besides his wife, he is survived by: children, Amanda wife of Emanuel Fisher of Paxinos, PA, Vernon husband of Sue Stoltzfus Ebersol of Gap, Linda wife of Leon Peachey, Jr., of Paxinos, PA, Samuel husband of Diana Yoder Ebersol of Windsor, CO, Levi husband of Susan Stoltzfus Ebersol of Bird-in-Hand, Laura wife of Leroy Stoltzfus of Honey Brook; 17 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; siblings, Eli husband of Rufina Ebersol of Lititz, Jonas Jr. husband of Ruthann, Jesse husband of Susanne, both of Bird-in-Hand and Rachel wife of John King of Spring Mills, PA.
He was preceded in death by: a daughter, Wilma Ebersol and a brother, Paul Ebersol.
The funeral will be held at the residence of Samuel King, 5309 Peters Road, Kinzers at 9:00 am on Friday, February 6, 2026. Friends may call from the time of this notice till the service at the late home. Interment will be in Myer’s Cemetery.
