John R. Fisher, 84, of 2449 Leaman Road, Ronks, entered into rest on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 at the home of his sister. Born in E. Lampeter Twp., he was the son of the late Phares and Rebecca Lapp Fisher. A member of the Old Order Amish Church, he retired from the Jay Group in Ronks in the shipping dept.
He is survived by: siblings, Benjamin married to Katie Zook Fisher, Paradise, Katie married to Aaron Fisher, Gordonville, Emma married to the late Daniel King, Lancaster, Sadie married to Reuben Stoltzfus, Christiana, Sylvia married to Benuel King, Lancaster, Rebecca Fisher, Ronks, Phares Jr. married to Mary Ann Fisher Fisher, Myerstown, Melvin married to Miriam Fisher Fisher, Ronks; a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by: brothers, Elmer and Leroy; sister, Mary Fisher; sisters-in-law, Annie Fisher and Emma Fisher.
Funeral Services: 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019 at the home of Reuben King, 263 Clearview Road, Lancaster with viewing there till the service. Interment: Beiler's Cemetery, Ronks. Kindly omit flowers.
