Katie B. Stoltzfus, 78, of 579 Churchtown Road, Honey Brook, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018 at her home. Born in Gordonville, she was the daughter of the late Moses and Sarah Blank Zook. She was married for 59 years last November to Daniel J. Stoltzfus. A homemaker, she was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: 9 children, Sarah wife of David Beiler, Lancaster, Amos husband of Rebecca Zook Stoltzfus, Gap, Christ husband of Lydia Beiler Stoltzfus, New Holland, Benuel husband of Annie Zook Stoltzfus, Daniel husband of Priscilla Stoltzfus Stoltzfus, Jonathan husband of Katie King Stoltzfus, all of Honey Brook, Elam husband of Katie Beiler Stoltzfus, Drumore, Ephraim husband of Amanda King Stoltzfus, Mohnton, Rachel wife of Reuben Blank, Little Falls, NY; 68 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are: three brothers, Amos husband of Sadie Lapp Zook, Gap, Elam husband of Emma Lapp Zook, Bird-in-Hand, Joe husband of Fannie Stoltzfus Zook, Gap; sister-in-law, Sarah Stoltzfus Zook, Kinzers. She was preceded in death by: a son, Leroy Stoltzfus; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; two brothers, John and Emanuel Zook.
Funeral services will be held from the Elam Fisher residence, 576 Churchtown Rd, Honey Brook, on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 9 am EST with interment following in Stoltzfus Cemetery, Honey Brook. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice till the service. Kindly omit flowers.
