LeRoy M. Yoder, Sr. 79, of 214 S. Millbach Rd., Newmanstown, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025 at Myerstown Nursing and Rehab Center after an illness. Born in Soudersburg, he was the son of the late Eli D. and Susie Peachey Yoder. He was the husband of the late Annie S. Lapp Yoder who died in 2017. A retired carpenter, LeRoy was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: 7 children, Susan married to Samuel Stoltzfus, Gordonville, LeRoy Jr., married to Sylvia Peachey Yoder, Newmanstown, Elam Yoder, Myerstown, Linda married to Jacob Lantz, Shipshewana, IN, Edna married to Daniel Peachey, Eli Yoder, both of Newmanstown, Annie married to Jonathan G. Lantz, Lebanon; 17 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 siblings, Barbara wife of the late Robert Shaub, Hannah wife of the late Frank Vara.
Funeral services will be held from the late home on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 9 am EST with interment following in Lapp Cemetery. The viewing will be at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
