Levi J. Lantz, 94, formerly of 53 Hatville Rd., Gordonville, passed away Friday, December 22, 2023 at his daughter’s residence in Loysville. Born in White Horse, he was the son of the late Samuel and Mary Smoker Lantz. He was the husband of the late Sadie King Lantz who died in 2019. Levi worked at the New Holland Sales Barn and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: 6 children, Amos married to Linda Ann Stoltzfus Lantz, Gordonville, Esther M. King, Loysville, Levi, Jr., married to Tammy Sweigart Lantz, New Holland, Martha married to Melvin Beiler, Honey Brook, Linda married to Daniel Zook, Paradise, Susan married to Steven Yoder, Gap; 28 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; a sister, Naomi Stoltzfus, Gap. He was preceded in death by: a daughter, Anna Mary Lantz; a son-in-law, Reuben King; 2 brothers; a sister.
Funeral services will be held at the Steven and Susan Yoder residence, 5877 Buena Vista Rd., Gap, on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 2 pm with interment following in Millwood Cemetery. The viewing will be at the Yoder residence from the time of this notice till the service.
