Margaret B. Zeiset, 87, of New Holland, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 20, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Jonas and Minnie Burkholder Reiff and was the wife of the late Aaron M. Zeiset.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Groffdale Mennonite Church, Groffdale Conference.
Margaret is survived by: three sons, Jonas husband of Esther Stauffer Zeiset of Lewisburg, Aaron husband of Marian Weaver Zeiset of Leola, John Jacob at home; two daughters, Lydia wife of Isaac Shirk of Leola, Minnie wife of Allen Burkholder of New Holland; 15 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and one great-great -grandchild. She was preceded in death by: a son, Amos Zeiset; two brothers, Jacob and Aaron Reiff and a sister, Esther Zimmerman.
The funeral will be held at the home of Minnie and Allen Burkholder, 1091 W. Main St., New Holland on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 9:00 am with further services at 9:30 am at the Groffdale (Frame) Mennonite Church, 90 Groffdale Church Rd., Leola, PA with the Bishop Ammon Weaver officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday at the Burkholder residence, 2-4:00 pm and 6-8:00 pm. Kindly omit flowers.
