Mattie L. Lapp, 78, of 130 Centerville Rd. Gordonville, passed away at home on Sunday, June 28, 2015. Born in Upper Leacock Twp., she was the daughter of the late Gideon B. and Annie Lapp Stoltzfus. She was the wife of the late Amos B. Lapp who passed away on April 8, 2015.
She was a homemaker, and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are: a daughter, Anna S. wife of Benuel S. Riehl of Gordonville; eight grandchildren, Linda wife of Daniel King, Martha wife of Amos Beiler, Chris husband of Martha Smoker Riehl, Amos, Mary, Marian, Ivan and David Riehl; four great-grandchildren; five sisters, Rebecca wife of Henry Stoltzfus, Mary wife of Chester Stoltzfus, Katie Lapp, Sylvia Stoltzfus, and Amanda Lantz; a brother, Amos Stoltzfus. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Sarah King, Barbara King, Annie Esh,Lavina Stoltzfus, and Rachel Esh.
The funeral will be at 9 a.m. EST Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at the late home. Interment: Myer's Cemetery. Viewing: at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
