Omar F. King, 91, of 989 W. Kings Hwy, Coatesville, entered into rest on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at home. Born in Ronks, he was the son of the late John and Barbara Fisher King. He was the husband of Barbara E. Fisher King. They were married 70 years in November. Omar was a dairy farmer and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Also surviving are: children, David King, Coatesville, Susanna wife of Amos L. Stoltzfus, Jr., Coatesville, Omar Jr. husband of Sylvia Esh King, Honey Brook, Sadie Mae wife of Reuben Esch, Gap, Marian wife of Paul Lapp, Coatesville, Barbara Ann wife of Mark Zook, New Holland, Ivan Lee husband of Elsie King King, Coatesville; 45 grandchildren; 83 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Susanna Riehl King wife of the late John Ray King and the late Samuel J. King of Gordonville; siblings, Abner husband of Rebecca King, Honey Brook, Susie wife of Daniel King, Paradise; sisters-in-law, Sarah King, Anna King.
He was preceded in death by: a son, John Ray King; a grandson, Ervin Matthew Esch; a great-grandson, Andrew Lamar King; brothers, John, Eli, Levi, Ike, Christ and Jesse King; sisters, Rebecca Fisher, Emma King, Mary Fisher and Barbara Fisher.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ivan King home, 946 W. Kings Hwy, Coatesville with viewing there till the service. Interment: Beacon Light Cemetery.
