Rachel Zook, 89, of 432 N. Shirk Road, New Holland, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013 at home. She was the daughter of the late Benuel and Rebecca (Stoltzfus) Stoltzfus. She was the wife of the late Urie Stoltzfus who died in 1945 and the late Stephen U. Zook who died in 1993. A homemaker, she was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. Mrs. Zook is survived by her children, Benuel married to Sarah Beiler Zook, New Holland, David married to Malinda Zook Zook, Stephen married to Naomi Zook Zook, both Ephrata, Rebecca married to Amos F. Beiler, Paradise, Paul married to Katie Fisher Zook, Samuel married to Sarah Zook Zook, both New Holland, Sadie Stoltzfus, at home, Rachel married to Paul E. Fisher, Lydia Glick, both New Holland, Lavina Zook, at home, Mary married to Simeon Glick, New Holland, Amos married to Annie Zook Zook, Ephrata; 74 grandchildren; 182 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson. The last of her immediate family, she was also preceded in death by sons-in-law, John Glick and Abram B. Stoltzfus. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, 9:00 a.m. at the late home. Viewing: at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
