Raymond J. Stoltzfus, 45, of 36 Locust St. Leola, PA, died Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Ephrata Community Hospital after a short illness. Born in Talmage, he was the son of Ruth Smucker Stoltzfus of Talmage and the late Melvin F. Stoltzfus. He was married to Elizabeth Riehl Stoltzfus for 22 years last November.
He was a cabinet maker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are: two sons and daughters, Elmer Wayne and Steven Ray, Ruthie Louise and Martha Lynn, all at home; three brothers, Alphus Lee husband of Sylvia Lapp Stoltzfus, Elmer husband of Salome King Stoltzfus, Norman husband of Anna Mae Beiler Stoltzfus, all of Talmage; two sisters, Verna wife of Samuel Stoltzfus, Jr. of Gordonville, Rebecca Ann wife of Melvin Fisher of Loysville; father-in-law, Ephraim E. Riehl.
Funeral services will be held from the Melvin Beiler Residence 75 Locust St. Leola, PA on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 11 a.m. EST with interment in Upper Millcreek Cemetery. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice until the time of the service. Kindly omit flowers.
