Rebecca S. Peachey, 76, of 30 E. Strack Dr. Myerstown, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at her home. Born in Schaefferstown, she was the daughter of Jonas Z. and Fannie Stoltzfus Lapp. She was the wife of Omar A. Peachey. A homemaker, Rebecca was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: 7 children, Andrew Benji married to Mary Ann King Peachey, Lykens, Leroy Melvin Peachey, Jonas married to Fannie Lapp Peachey, both of Myerstown, Katie Mae married to Christian S. Stoltzfus, Denver, Abner L. married to Martha Ann Stoltzfus Peachey, Newmanstown, David O. married to Katie Mae Smucker Peachey, Dornsife, Allen Ray married to Linda Marie Stoltzfus Peachey, Bethel Twp.; 40 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 5 siblings, Elam Lapp, Myerstown, Jacob Lapp, Newmanstown, Moses married to Ruth Lapp, Sarah Lapp, Fannie married to Aaron Lapp, all of Myerstown. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Leah Peachey and Annie Yoder.
Funeral services will be held from the late home on Friday, January, 2, 2026 at 9 am with interment following in Northside Cemetery. The viewing will be at the late home from the time of this notice till the service.
