Robert B. Perry, 94, of Lancaster, passed away on August 23, 2025 after a brief illness. Born in Brookville PA, he was the son of the late M. Beryl Perry and Mary Barclay Perry. He was married to the late Betty A. Perry for 64 years.
Bob was employed by Penn National Insurance group for 35 years. He retired in 1995. He was a 1948 graduate of Brookville High School and graduated from Clarion State College. He was a non-combat army veteran of the Korean war. He attended Church of the Apostles UCC.
Survivors include: daughter, Lori married to Dr. Robert Good of Leola; a brother, Bruce and wife Dee Perry, of Lancaster; four grandchildren, Matt Alspach partner to Matt Dinkel, Allison Alspach, Jennifer married to Andrew Graham, and Bobby Good; son-in-law, George Alspach and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty and daughter Paula Alspach.
Bob enjoyed his love and devotion to his family, golfing, goose hunting, and restoring rifles and shotguns.
Bob always said he had the best sons-in-law that any man could have with George and Robert.
The family extends their gratitude to Covenant Home Care and Leslie for their excellent and loving care of Pop-pop.
A private committal will take place at the convenience of the family.
