Robert C. Gesin

Robert C. Gesin, 88, of Lancaster, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Hospice and Community Care, Lancaster.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Susan J. Ammerman Gesin. He is also survived by his children; Rena Zinszer (James), Stephen Gesin (Jacqueline), Jonathan Gesin ( Elizabeth); grandchildren, Michael, Kyle, Robert, Benjamin, Luke (Jill), Seth, Jonathan, Stephen, Jon, Leah, Matthew; two great-grandchildren and a sister, Ruth Sheppard. He was predeceased by a son Timothy J. Gesin (2013).

Robert was a life long church member and most recently belonged to Community Bible Church, Leola. He was a WWII veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

A private graveside service will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
