Robert J. Allison Sr., 76, of Conestoga View, formerly of Gordonville passed away peacefully on Friday, January 26, 2018. Born in New Holland, he was the son of the late Paul N. and Mary Manuel Allison. He was the loving husband of Rachel Stoltzfus Allison. They were married 45 years last September.
Mr. Allison was a custodian for the Conestoga Valley School District. He enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Gordonville Fire Co., and had attended the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, New Holland.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: three sons, Robert Jr., married to Heather Beamesderfer Allison, New Holland, Ryan C. married to Heather Northeimer Allison, Lancaster, Rusty E. married to Patti-Jo Herr Allison, Gordonville; five grandchildren, Bethany, Christopher, Courtney, Joseph, Faline; a sister, Mary Lou married to Carl Stoltzfus, Lititz; brothers, Paul Jr., married to Margaret Allison, Gap, Richard Allison, Gordonville, Kenneth married to Cindy Allison, New Holland, Anthony Allison, Ephrata. A brother, Gerald preceded him in death.
