Ruth Ann Stoltzfus, 44, of 5917 Plank Rd., Narvon, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Katie Beiler Petersheim of Bird-in-Hand, and the Late Christ Petersheim. She was married for 8 years to Samuel D. Stoltzfus.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband and mother are: three daughters, Kaitlyn Sue, Rosa Lynn and Mary Anne Stoltzfus, all at home; five brothers, David husband of Naomi Petersheim of Lykens, Aaron husband of Sadie Mae Petersheim of Gordonville, Sylvan husband of Mary Jane Petersheim, John Petersheim, both of Bird-in-Hand, Christ, Jr. husband of Martha Petersheim of Coatesville; two sisters, Bena wife of Amos Lapp of Wayne Co., IN, Sadie wife of Daniel Esh of Gordonville. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, John E. Stoltzfus.
Funeral services will be held from the late home on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 9 AM with interment following in Buena Vista Cemetery. Friends may call at the late home from the time of this notice until the time of the service. Kindly omit flowers.
