Scott T. Hoxie, 67, of Winchester, VA, formerly of Leola PA, died on Saturday, December 13. 2025 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. Born in Scranton PA, he was the son of the late Cecil D, and Ann Dickinson Hoxie. He was the husband of Theresa Frye Hoxie.
He was a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School. He worked many years as an insurance agent at Hoxie Insurance. In the last few years, he drove truck for Victor Weaver and delivered medical supplies for Lancaster General Hospital before he retired to Virginia.
He will be remembered for his kind heart and love for his family. He was a devoted Steelers fan, enjoyed riding motorcycles and bowling earlier in his life
Besides his wife, he is survived by: sister, Erin Hoxie of Leola PA; an uncle David Dickinson of Clarks Summit PA and a cousin, Glenn Dickinson, Ephrata PA.
A memorial service will be held on a later date. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Dalton PA.
