Sylvan K. Fisher, 63, of 774 S. Custer Avenue, New Holland, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at home. He was the son of the late David and Elizabeth (King) Fisher. A member of the Old Order Amish Church, Sylvan worked as a woodworker mainly in gazebo and shed construction.
Sylvan is survived by his wife of 40 years, Anna Mary Stoltzfus Fisher; seven children, Emma married to Lloyd Stoltzfus of Kinzers, Lydia married to Sammie Stoltzfus of Leola, Lizzie married to Johnny Glick of New Holland, Samuel married to Katie Sue Miller Fisher of New Holland, Roy married to Naomi Grace Stoltzfoos Fisher of Christiana, Rachel & Miriam Fisher, at home; 15 grandchildren; three sisters, Rebecca married to Emanuel Esh, Quarryville, Rachel married to Samuel Zook and the late Isaac Zook, Christiana, Sarah married to Sylvan Stoltzfus, Kinzers; four brothers, David married to Lavina Lapp Fisher, Ephrata, Samuel married to Mattie King Fisher, Ronks, Daniel married to Mary Beiler Fisher, Oxford, Noah married to Anna Kauffman Fisher, Paradise.
Funeral services: 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025 at the late home with viewing there till the service. Burial will take place in the Dry Hill Cemetery.
