Thelma May Wimer, 80, of Lancaster, died January 14, 2013 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Weitseltown, she was the daughter of the late John and Esther Ludwig Keffer. She was the wife of Kenneth M. Wimer. They were married for 55 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Living Hope Community Church. She collected glass figurines, made jewelry and dolls. She enjoyed walking the beach in Rock Hall, MD, where she would collect beach glass, and crabbing on the Bay. Besides her husband, she is survived by children, Esther Marie wife of Edward S. Kowalski of Lancaster, Donald R. Miller husband of Sarah of Round Rock, TX, Jeffrey Miller of Austin, TX, Tina M. Kreider of Muskegon, MI, Tammy M. wife of Todd E. Beckmeyer of York, John D. Wimer of York; 14 grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren and a sister, Henrietta Keffer. She was preceded in death by a sister, Florence Bowman. Services will be private. Furman’s – Leola
